Former Employee1.4Oct 8, 2025Not a great company to work for. Very much a frat like culture. Initial training is in-depth but there is little to no ongoing training. Poor product fit for the market. Negativity and scare tactics are there way of motivating employees. All work can be accomplished remote but force you to come in office for “company culture” spoiler: it’s a toxic one.

Current Employee3.9Jun 2, 2024It’s a good company overall. Great perks, gym in the basement, yoga, lunch brought in (you buy it) and a cafe/coffee shop in the morning hours for purchase. They are upgrading buildings so I anticipate amenities getting better than they are now. Base pay is horrible, about 12k less than normal tech companies.
