The company has Great people to work with Weekly pay Base starts at 70k However high turnover And no real structure or systems in place to help achieve quotas There's also very few competitors so God forbid you lose this job you can't really put it into a different space Also a lot of customers are not a fan of the product which can make it a hard sale. Or may have had bad experience with it.. There's CRM is at a date and you have to do more work to input information that's not there which may Take up your call time..

Do not work for this company, extremely micromanagers, weird policies, and training is 90 days before any benefits are able to be used. About 100 employees and has a retention rate of 45%. If you want more insight, go look at the horror stories on glassdoor.

market fit for the company is solid but the available customers in that market is smaller. Most companies know of the company so it just comes down to timing
