Former Employee Insane turnover of sales people, there is no product market fit. Was told during hiring the ASP was probably 3x what it really was. Accounts were all destroyed by the 5-8 reps previous to me, and was told it was a "green field" territory. Terrible training, and leadership was also turning over including Csuite. I would not recommend going to this company unless you are a brand new rep and need to learn the ropes. They rode the A.I. bandwagon and apparently are not trying to sell what seems like the 3rd or 4th variation of the product I was hired to sell. Remote, benefits, small teams are all pros.
