Current Employee They truly need to think about the employees globally regarding pay. I know people who are seriously struggling because this company does not care about its employees - they want you to be a worker bee and juggle 10x more than you are paid to juggle. Absolutely no work-life balance. They will message you on Friday nights, saturdays, and sundays on the weekend. They will also message you at 4-5 am or 8-9 pm for something that could have waited until the next day. There is absolutely no training program; they have only videos you watch giving you the overview of the tool. At the end you will still be asking the question, "Wait, how do I do my job though?" The leadership should get training together and actually teach people how to do the job function versus throwing people out into the wild and tell them to SELL! Browse Other Reviews
