They truly need to think about the employees globally regarding pay. I know people who are seriously struggling because this company does not care about its employees - they want you to be a worker bee and juggle 10x more than you are paid to juggle. Absolutely no work-life balance. They will message you on Friday nights, saturdays, and sundays on the weekend. They will also message you at 4-5 am or 8-9 pm for something that could have waited until the next day. There is absolutely no training program; they have only videos you watch giving you the overview of the tool. At the end you will still be asking the question, "Wait, how do I do my job though?" The leadership should get training together and actually teach people how to do the job function versus throwing people out into the wild and tell them to SELL!
