Former Employee They make hitting quota a complete mystery.
The devices sold are free (paid for by pharma ads) so you get paid based off the number of health care providers in the practice multiplied by the number of devices sold.
It’s completely opaque and they still calculate commission using an excel spreadsheet. No single source of truth where you could review the breakdown of commission.
Just a terrible comp structure and the turnover reflects that.
