Former Employee My time there was great. I experienced a ton of career growth and development. It was a great place to break into tech sales. Everyone was rowing in the same direction and we all got along.
I only left because I felt I hit a ceiling. Recently, I heard quotas are getting out of hand. There were a lot of errors and shifting objectives by the time I left. Management was pretty sympathetic if you could show documentation for those technical errors.
It did also seem like the leadership was 50/50. You had some leaders that were fantastic, they could coach to pipeline, they new the ICP up and down, and they helped you get paid! The others just spoke just to fill the air and justify their job. Sadly the later would talk way too much.
