Alot of Changes with Pax8 have lead to confusion and other teams not scaling to meet the partners needs

Been here for over 8 years, earlier days growth within the company was quick and clearly laid out. In the past couple years we have seen a lot less inbound leads and continued to have quotas raised. Need to fix issues with support and billing to have a better outlook on the future of Pax8.
