Been here for over 8 years, earlier days growth within the company was quick and clearly laid out. In the past couple years we have seen a lot less inbound leads and continued to have quotas raised. Need to fix issues with support and billing to have a better outlook on the future of Pax8.

Sales reps struggle to meet unrealistic quotas set by the rev operations team, based on often undisclosed or inaccurate data. Despite the heightened workload, compensation hasn't kept up, with potential earnings dropping and we are already paid under market. Pay is so bad. almost 90% of each sales department did not have a single person hit 100% all year.

Overall the experience was good. The role is definitely getting tougher to move up the ranks and get promoted. It gets hard because you saw all these rapid advancements from back in the day and your success also depends on the level of production your book decides to do that quarter. The culture is still pretty strong but compensation needs some work.
