My overall experience was a good one. The training was outstanding and I felt like I was prepared once I hit the phones. Unfortunately the opportunities weren't equal and the base compensation and overall compensation was lacking.

Overall the experience was good. The role is definitely getting tougher to move up the ranks and get promoted. It gets hard because you saw all these rapid advancements from back in the day and your success also depends on the level of production your book decides to do that quarter. The culture is still pretty strong but compensation needs some work.
