Great organization a product. Only have 5% of the market so a lot of potential to gain market share. Not a role for everyone. It does take grit but Paycom helps train and equip you. I’ve grown so much as a leader just in 5 months. Have already sold multiple deals within a few months. The payoff and training is great. Lots of negative comments but think it comes from those not willing to put in the work. Amazing company and opportunity.

Extreme micro management culture. Earning potential is good but this role is pulled in too many different directions to have alignment quarter over quarter. Most competitors are remote/hybrid where Paycom has chosen to only honor in person meetings towards metrics and mandatory office days on Monday and Friday.
