Must schedule 12 in person appts. your first two weeks or you’re fired (so they say). 250-300+ call per day, 60+ hour work weeks, traveling, micromanaging, cold calling in the car at all times, high stress/pressure. Most teams hover around 3-5 reps because nobody lasts over a year (typically).

Great pay but difficult market to sell. Managers not often qualified as they are all promoted by which rep sells the most, not all have leadership qualities. Product is great, truly believe it's the best in the market.
