The company is phenomenal. Leadership is exceptional, the product is a stand alone in the market and the roadmap is impressive. The partnership team has done incredible work leading to a bright future in 2-3 years. My only gripe is the pay and the lack of training resources and somewhat career trajectory planning.

The company is fantastic, great leadership, great product market fit, very flexible. Only problem I’ve seen is upward mobility being nonexistent and no training pathway to a closing role. Compensation is okay but not competitive.

PaymentWorks is a great company with an excellent product. Leadership is good, but spread thin. Nothing bad to say about the company as a whole, but watch out for the "woke" employees who made it far less fun. Product is a 5/5, culture and leadership is a 3/5.
