Great product to sell and I've never had a better work culture than at Peek. However, changes in how territories are managed made it difficult to have workable accounts throughout the year. Vertices and where your accounts are located will dictate when they are typically in market, and if the list of accounts assigned to you don't align with this, closing deals becomes challenging.

Peek is a good company with good benefits, but the SDR pay is wildly undermarket. The incentive structure is decent but the way account allocation is structured makes it difficult to maximize earning potential.

Overall my experience was great - leadership really made a big impact on that, even when compensation packages were lacking. The product is a great piece of software, but other companies are simply doing it better and in a more robust way.
