Leadership is out of touch and blames everyone but themselves for low retention of restaurants and half the team missing quota for new business. Absolutely abhorrent leadership. Company canceled presidents club after everyone qualified, with no justifiable explanation. VP of sales is a 🤡 who has no idea how to run an org. They create policies that drive all of their top performers to leave the company. There is no future here.
