I genuinely believe the earning potential could have been significant with a steady stream of quality leads. Beyond that, the environment itself wasn’t healthy; it often felt chaotic and lacked the structure and support needed to succeed. Ultimately, I found the culture at Peninsula difficult to work in.

Leadership is good right now. Lots of pressure but thats sales. Base pay is low but opportunity if you put in LOTS of work.

extremely micromanaging, more than normal pressure, being belittled and compared by the managers, Product is an expensive nice to have that businesses couldn't care less about, company structure is still changing constantly
