The company offers strong HR training and development. The Inside Sales role, however, is an entry-level position that primarily involves making cold calls throughout the day.

Amazing money on offer if you can deal with it. Incredibly toxic culture. Within my first 6months there, from my team alone, 11 people (max on the team is 18) had left. More people sacked in the meantime. Working expectations from 6am to 10pm Mon-Fri with weekend work expected to hit above KPI numbers or seen as a flop.

I genuinely believe the earning potential could have been significant with a steady stream of quality leads. Beyond that, the environment itself wasn’t healthy; it often felt chaotic and lacked the structure and support needed to succeed. Ultimately, I found the culture at Peninsula difficult to work in.
