There is a revolving door among the executive leadership with very little consideration for internal candidates. Most of the executive team is new to the company in the past two years (with the excel of CEO) and there is very little respect for what allowed the company to get to where it is today. They do not hire or promote for culture and sadly, it shows.

Strong leadership set from the top of the sales team. A lack of previous innovation and product challenges have impacted customers but this should change.
