XM Strategy was solid in 2021/2022. The company however lost sight of styaing innovative when they went private.

Company is savings costs. PE owned (Silverlake). Commission rates have dropped significantly and sales now owns renewals. Used to be 10% base rate, and 15% on 3 years contracts. And if you hit accelerators, it's 20% + 5% on multiyear... Which enabled you to make 7-figures. Now it's 7-8% based rate.... Qualtrics has moved to an OTE model. So over performance is...Read More
