After being acquired by Pfizer, I can tell you that I have never felt such a de-motivation in my entire career. It is literally a night and day experience from working at Seagen. The answer to almost every question is "That's Pfizer." Management is terrible. Leadership is completely out of touch. I went from the CEO knowing my name to my manager havbing never met the CEO. Do not work here. Pick any other company.

Very average big pharma company. Has its ups and downs but the product I promoted did very well in the marketplace. Did prefer the original company I worked for who was acquired by Pfizer but they did a lot of things better than big pharma such as equity and nicer car
