Former Employee Great place to ruin your career and waste your time. Avoid at all costs if you care about your reputation, career, and sanity.
Sweat shop to the highest level. Leadership sleeps with any junior girls they can find that just graduated, heavy intimidation-focused culture (immediate PIP after 1-month of no deals once you've landed your first) and completely inhumane treatment behind closed doors.
Leadership is more focused on how to draft "fun" "spicy" e-mails about their BD sessions or quarterly incentives that seem to be pulled from the clouds in-terms of achievability.
When markets get tough, they get 100x worse and I'm not sure how they figured out how to do it. They will simply leave you hanging in the wind with zero direction and will chalk poor numbers up to you not being committed, or part of the culture, and you will quickly feel the cold-shoulder approach.
Genuinely should avoid at all costs. You WILL waste your time, and you WON'T be getting any big equity packages or massive commission checks they flaunt. Those are reserved for "good workers" who have sold their lives to them and endured god knows how much abuse and manipulation.
