Low base salary but very high earning potential. Management works with you very closely, and their goals are directly aligned with yours.

Overall it started very well but as the company grew, the work/life balance collapsed. Management would actively bully you if you admitted you were struggling mentally, and you would be picked on. Minimum 11-hour days and no work from home
