Former Employee Overall a great company to work for. Pay is low, and there isn’t much of an appreciation for those with clinical backgrounds to move into sales roles. It happens but it is more of a club where you need to prove your sales first somewhere else in order to sell here. The problem with that is they don’t pay well so once you experience somewhere else that pays better, you might not want to join. It’s a safer play so the comfort could make up for the income for some. Their 401k match is the best around. Adds up fast.
