Large, matrixed organization that offers growth opportunities for those interested in growing within an organization. At times has lost sight of the most important asset, its employees. But hopefully will course correct as they bring value to the marketplace.

Finally on the other side of a rough reorganization. More polished Saas models have proven to be effective at larger accounts. Some NPI’s will help expand our portfolio and increase competitiveness in rural/critical access facilities. Comp plan has improved but changes every year. Leadership is transparent and willing to actively help progress deals and win.
