Finally on the other side of a rough reorganization. More polished Saas models have proven to be effective at larger accounts. Some NPI’s will help expand our portfolio and increase competitiveness in rural/critical access facilities. Comp plan has improved but changes every year. Leadership is transparent and willing to actively help progress deals and win.
