Leadership has drastically over-hired reps, leading to very low percentage of reps attaining quota. Additionally, Pindrop does very well in the “largest of the large” banks and credit unions, but struggles with technical integrated competition as it attempts to move down-market. New leadership believes they are making the right decisions based on their previous experience and does not seek or listen to feedback.

Zero to no professional development. Management is all over the place. The left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. For true professionals this place would be a setback in their career. My advice is to stay away.

Really excellent product. Very long sales cycle due in part due to “nice to have” status and risk aversion of customers. People are friendly, but the leadership is top-heavy and a parade of leaders have entered and exited the business, leaving very little institutional knowledge. You can make a killing but need to a top 10 bank or you are out of luck.
