Overall company is great on paper, but things get lost in the day-to-day. Sales leaders are prioritized over Individual Contributors. There are some great managers at Pinterest that focus on up-leveling and motivating their team. However, there are also several that are self-motivated and that is detrimental to teams success. It seems like Pinterest Sales Leadership cares more about the Sales Manager extracurricular projects and there is hardly any accountability put on them to support their team and performance.
