Current Employee Sales organisation and leadership is in a very strong place, with great training and good culture. Broader issues starting to make an impact, with Senior / Exec management not great (short term micro management, strategic zigzags, constant reorgs impairing culture / feelgood) and the Product innovation has slowed down a fair bit and needs a reboot. Healthy partnership with other customer and marketing functions. All round, a good employer, but current Exec need to improve their game
