This place is disorganized. The leadership is rudderless, the CRO is inexperienced and destroying the culture of what used to be closely knit family.

My experience at Pivotree was poor due to bad leadership, lack of direction, slow-moving processes, and inadequate compensation. Despite achieving strong sales results, the lack of support and misaligned incentives made long-term success unsustainable.
