Great culture with decent compensation structure. Operating in a new market which requires a lot of customer training to realize true value.

The team is blast, pay is solid, and the work you’ll do with customers is rewarding, however, Planet doesn’t view the SDR position as a proving/training ground for promotion to AE/AM the way most companies do. Do not take this role if you’re viewing it as an 18 month stepping stone to a closing role.
