Base salary with no commission structure. OTE is lower than the industry standard. Monthly quota is achievable if you work hard and do the right things. Not a lot of opportunity for career growth. Great team culture and good leadership.

Not a good experience. Was hired to sell a new product and come to find out there was no product market fit. Success is highly dependent on territory. Total lack of leadership. Uninspiring.
