It has its ups and downs like every company. The backend is very disorganized. SDRs are given a list of their territory to contact. Lists get recycled and rotated in the SDR org so you’re reaching out to the same people your colleagues have been reaching out to the weeks prior. There’s tons of duplicate accounts on the list as well.

more reps in each segment, new segments, territories thinner. still decent opportunity but attainment will be much harder than in years past. many newer reps in seats so hard to say for certain how things will pan out

Terrible. Reps are favored and accounts are stolen out of your book without and rhyme or reason. This place does not provide any professional development at all either. Managers will tell you that you are playing victim when you raise concerns. not a good culture being built at postscript.
