Power is a great company that rewards employees for their effort and achievement. Negitives are this is a door to door role and it really isn't very hard to make money. The issue is work life balance. You work 11/14 days in a 2 week span and as you climb the leadership ladder you find yourself working from 9 am to 6:30 not including commute time from the neighborhood your working. Not for everyone but can make REAL money here.

My overall experience was great. It was my first sales role and their training and leadership allowed me to be successful on the position. The compensation and pay structure was very good as well.
