My overall experience was great. It was my first sales role and their training and leadership allowed me to be successful on the position. The compensation and pay structure was very good as well.

Didn’t like it at all. Leadership is very pushy almost cult like. Compensation is poor. Work life balance is poor. Would say only good if you are just starting sales and need some decent training , but you can also get that other places .

Everyone starts out door knocking and appointment setting, which is necessary if you want to move into sales, and does help you when you actually are in sales. It's a difficult role, but the training provided is exceptional and if you are willing to put in the work you can make a decent wage. You will also have to travel sometimes over 2 hours to reach a canvas area...Read More

Power is a great company that rewards employees for their effort and achievement. Negitives are this is a door to door role and it really isn't very hard to make money. The issue is work life balance. You work 11/14 days in a 2 week span and as you climb the leadership ladder you find yourself working from 9 am to 6:30 not including commute time from the neighborhood...Read More
