Pros: Comp structure and benefits. If you grind it out in that environment you can make a ton of money in D2D. Cons: Feels very cult like and life must be devoted to power. Mentors and team leads are hit or miss if they're helpful. Bad W/L balance, long commutes/ mandatory saturdays. Leadership often moves goal posts and is very "what have you done for me lately."

Didn’t like it at all. Leadership is very pushy almost cult like. Compensation is poor. Work life balance is poor. Would say only good if you are just starting sales and need some decent training , but you can also get that other places .

Small step away from being an MLM type cult. Cutthroat environment that doesn't allow growth or advancement without being apart of the inner circle or clique. They don't make informed business decisions and they keep most employees in the dark about things.
