Huge layoff before Christmas. Poorly timed but seems to be purely business decision. A lot of changes in leadership for Q4 which brought about a bunch of changes. I would be wary of moving forward with this company.

My experience was full of ups and downs over the last 2.5 years. Lots change in expectations and focus. It was sometimes hard to keep up.

I enjoyed my time at PowerSchool, it was cut short due to a change in go to market strategy. There was not much support or growth opportunities for me in management and I was encouraged to give individual contributors lower scores than warranted and on more than 1 occasion forced to hire someone I knew was a wrong fit.
