Schools are struggling with budgets at an all-time low so not a lot of new business in the US and base salaries on the lower side of the spectrum.

Former Employee3.6Mar 21, 2024I enjoyed my time at PowerSchool, it was cut short due to a change in go to market strategy. There was not much support or growth opportunities for me in management and I was encouraged to give individual contributors lower scores than warranted and on more than 1 occasion forced to hire someone I knew was a wrong fit.
