Many processes are overcomplicated, but leadership is trying to simplify it. The product itself is great and in the top tier on the market, but it's getting harder to sell as most of the time the product is regarded as a nice to have.

I wouldn't recommend Preply for AE's or SDR's. Our outbound motion doesn't work at all, inbound is dropping and there is no strategy in place to fix it. Most sales reps don't hit their target and are definitely not set up for success! Everyone is demotivated, is looking for new jobs or just stays there being miserable. The only upside is the pay, which is quite good.

I worked for a B2B team and it was a complete mess. Management team changed four times during my 3 years there. Chaos and uncertainty.
