Poor leadership. Poor reputation in the market. Centered and excel in old school networking and infrastructure and lack maturity in digital and AI space. Every new rep that comes in picks and chooses from a list of accounts and is expected to build their book which is challenging when you’re not competitive in the market and there’s a lack of customer use cases.

Customers are mixed between good/challenging, plenty of opportunities to work in a broad portfolio. Some leadership challenges with transparency but they're working on it.

My overall experience has been average. The opportunity to make a lot of money is there but you need to be in seat for years and build relationships within large enterprises to make high 6-figures to 7-figures. No onboarding training, primarily resell motion with only 10% of their revenue coming from professional services opportunities.
