The work is challenging as some sales teams are a taking an industry-based specialization and you can be attached to an emerging set of accounts. Being part of an emerging bucket of accounts has less impact on the core sales campaigns and can make maturity and adoption for the sales overlays to get involved enough to make a fast impact.

Uniquely excellent culture. Every company has its challenges but when you develop your core team and focus, the larger organization is very supportive. Mid level and high level.managers are excellent, very supportive and helpful. If you learn how to leverage the vast number of resources and don't try to go it alone, you can be very successful.
