Priority1 is a churn and burn company. They hire average people right out of college, give them a few months to be successful and if not, they fire them and move onto the next. the environment was great. The training program set me up well to start bringing in my new business, luckily when I got there, a rep was leaving so recieving their book of business initially definitely helped
