The base is lower compared to other companies in the same vertical. However, the commission structure is competitive and incentivized properly. Leadership is incredible and the employees are even better. I would recommend this company to anyone who wants to try outside sales

They continue to over hire, under train, and lack support to help reps success. They are hiring worse talent but expecting them to perform better and better.
