The base is lower compared to other companies in the same vertical. However, the commission structure is competitive and incentivized properly. Leadership is incredible and the employees are even better. I would recommend this company to anyone who wants to try outside sales

Great company, great people, brutal industry and hours. Role contains too many responsibilities outside of selling that warrant more base compensation.
