Former Employee Leadership is a fundamental problem. The Sales VP is arrogant, absent, and negligent and a major blocker to any chance the team has at real success. He prioritizes personal errands and perks over strategy, support, or actually leading his reps.
The CEO is also the worst I've ever seen. She’s largely disengaged, showing up mostly to share photos of her garden rather than provide direction, alignment, or accountability. Honestly not sure how she helps the company.
The very few AEs who succeed, do so despite leadership vs because of leadership.
Meanwhile, the product is clunky, outdated, and about to be swallowed whole by AI-driven competitors. With zero inbound pipeline to offset those weaknesses, reps are left pushing a heavy, unsupported uphill battle every single day. Decent gig for the short term with the common trappings/perks of the tech space, but consider it for for a good time, not a long time. Browse Other Reviews
