Former Employee My overall experience here was not positive. The team has great ambition, but are benchmarking their operations on dated concepts that worked in a booming economy. Reps quotas are increased w/o any attainment to back up the increase, and leadership are building the company to eventually cash out vs. build/scale a well oiled machine. Performative investments in culture/diversity, zero predictability in sales, and poor leadership of ICs.
