My overall experience was poor. If you aren't in with the boys club from the PE firm that owns the company, they don't care about you at all. Management lied to me multiple times - I honestly don't know if anyone at the company truly knows what is happening here at any given moment, because the owner of the PE firm actually holds all the cards and decision making. Not great; wasn’t a clear cut expectation for my role. Not a clear vision from upper management so a month or so of work would go to waste when pivoting. Lots of churn and in my opinion an expensive tool that does not provide much value. I really liked my manager and coworkers but the company as a whole seemed confused.
