Profisee is an exciting and great place to be right now. Product-market fit and culture are 2 big reasons to join and stay with Profisee. A big percentage of reps have now been with the company for 6-7 years. Leadership makes changes that benefit the field and there's good money to be made here. If you're adaptive, which is really needed in this space, you will do well at Profisee. Highly recommend.

Highly recommend that you sole source and speak with 2 current AE's and 2 former AE's before joining Profisee. Sales team culture is diminishing, micromanagement has increased drastically, and product is falling behind in the world of AI. There is an ability to hit quota, however the compensation structure above 100%, is far far below industry average.
