Prokeep has a great idea in mind, great people working for them, they are generous and fair with a great team and management. However, when I started they told me the OTE was $60,000 with 80% of reps hitting quota which is untrue. During my time there only one rep was able to hit goal for a single month. Prokeep refuses to invest in their people and choses to provide no training for new hires. There is no proper onboarding or training. That may have worked in the early stage but the company is trying to grow fast without providing their reps with the tools and trainings that they need.
