Current Employee2.9Feb 8, 2025Poor executive leadership and management. Pay is not market competitive and they try and hire ground level so they can not pay market rates. They care more about the stock price than trying to keep any successful and strong employees. Marketing is pushing trigger words but the support and costs don't support what they are trying to sell.

Former Employee2.3Aug 25, 2023Messy org overall. Performance doesn't matter as much as hitting your KPIs. If you are performing and made your calls, well....you can still make more calls! Heavy micro-management culture.

Current Employee2.7Apr 3, 2024My overall experience was a mixed bag. I enjoy my coworkers but I do not enjoy the compensation plan or the lack of empathy from management. It's a fun work environment and you will not be micromanaged but there are not a lot of opportunities to succeed. Very few people make their sales targets and the base salary is far below the national average in tech.
