Good product but is in transition to SAAS. Has a strong customer base to sell to. However leadership is making a lot of knee jerk reactionary changes and it feels disorganized. Lots of potential but they also may lose a lot of customers based on the pricing strategy. The SAAS product is good but needs more work to replace the legacy system.

Hitting quota is possible but rare. Goals are somewhat unattainable. New corporate owner is pushing more administrative work and higher pressure on salespeople.
