My experience has been great. Although the new CRM with a botched implementation has been very difficult. I remain hopeful leadership will get this resolved soon.

Great initial training and development. Inbound leads are next to non-existent. Brand recognition/familiarity was a common obstacle when prospecting. Current CRM being used called Netsuite was incredibly slow and had constant issues that really slowed down productivity.
