Was a great company to work for. Long time under Thoma Bravo and current market conditions have changed that. Opportunities, resources and commission structure have decreased making it more challenging to achieve goals. Still a lot of talented individuals to work with.

The leadership handles renewals very well. The comp plan is well structured especially the move to cloud offering. Talk about a great way to make money as a rep - focus on these and you'll be golden!
